Set on a rugged hill overlooking the fertile plains of Milas, Türkiye, Beçin Castle stands as a timeless sentinel of history. Originally built during the Byzantine era and expanded under the Menteşe Beylik in the 14th century, Beçin whispers stories of fierce battles, forgotten kingdoms, and enduring strength.
Today, as you climb its stone paths, the crisp Aegean air fills your lungs, and you can almost hear the echoes of soldiers preparing for defense against invaders.
