Kaputaş is a haven for swimmers, snorkelers, and sunbathers. The beach’s deep entry makes it less suitable for very young children, but older visitors will enjoy diving into the cool, clear water and exploring the rocky surroundings. For photographers, this beach is a dream, especially at sunset when the cliffs glow amber and the sea sparkles.

In the summer, Kaputaş Beach can become crowded, especially in July and August. Arriving early in the morning or late in the afternoon is recommended for those seeking a more peaceful experience or better photo opportunities. There is limited parking along the D400 highway, so arriving by minibus from Kaş or Kalkan is a convenient alternative. These minibuses run regularly and stop right above the beach entrance.

Although there are no accommodations directly on Kaputaş Beach due to preservation efforts, nearby towns like Kaş (20 minutes by car) and Kalkan (10 minutes by car) offer a wide range of boutique hotels, pensions, and villas with sea views. Many visitors choose to stay in these towns and visit Kaputaş as a day trip.
