The palace gifted to Ibrahim Pasha who Grand Vizier of Suleiman the Magnificent for thirteen years in 1520 is the only private place existing today. Structures surrounding the inner courtyard of the place that construction date is uncertain are used as a museum. The museum contains collection of very rich manuscripts, miniature writings and various collections of Turkish-Islamic States between 7th and 20th century. Also very rich carpet collections from different periods are unique. In the Ethnography section, examples of carpet-rug benches, wool painting techniques and public life are exhibited.
