Turkish designer Atil Kutoglu has been presenting his collection at New York Fashion week since the year 2000.
In 2008 he opened a flagship store in the chic Nişantaşi district of Istanbul, close to Louis Vuitton and Cartier. The interior has been designed by Florence-based designer Claudio Nardi whose clients include the ‘who’s who’ of Italian fashion: Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Malo. Nardi’s use of contrasting wood and brass showcases clean minimalist design with a splash of Ottoman flamboyance. The Kutoglu collection ranges from ready-to-wear and knitwear to handbags and couture. High-end department store, Beymen, carries a Kutoglu line in several of its branches.
